I realized that I misidentified the restaurant in Brunig that we didn't care
for. It's the Silvana across from the rail stop. We have no experience
with the Brunig Hotel in Brunig.

You're right Brian there is some confusion. Had not seen a Hotel Brunig in
Hergiswil, which we frequent often--shopping, docking at the ferry and
transferring to Sachseln or to Stans/Engelberg. I just Googled it, and
found it at Seestrasse 13. Will check it out. Cheers. Joan..
