Rosti with Emmenthaler and crumbled bacon is one of Anne and my favorite 
meals. I grabbed a recipe book somewhere there with the recipe and we have 
it whenever we run into good cheese (which is a craft spelled with a "c!") I 
half-baked the taters (I'm from Jawjuh) and cool them overnight before 
grating them, though the von Moos's said that this was not necessary if in a 
hurry. For me, the half-baking made a fluffy rosti. Raclette? We can get it 
at a few places around Atlanta, but it generally worked better with a full 
head of beer... at least for me!

I really loved the various sausages and schnitzels (that IS the meat and not 
the dog, isn't it? Would hate to offend!)
