[Idyllchat] WLAN in Luzern

There is free WLAN (wireless network for computers) in Luzern for at  
least the next 4 months. The area is roughly from The Lion Monument  
to the train station and along the river front.

If you want to sit along the river and get email with your laptop, no  
problem.
