[Idyllchat] hotels in milan and florence

Donna,

In 2002 we stayed at Hotel Speronari, which is about one block from  
the Duomo. It was kind of a funky place but clean, reasonable (which  
can be difficult to find in Milan), and the people were nice. When we  
going to be back there in 2006 that hotel was closed for remodeling.  
We stayed at Hotel London, which is within easy walking distance from  
the Duomo. It was also reasonable and clean. We thought is was fine.
