[Idyllchat] hotels in milan and florence

Fellow Travelers,
            I know I've seen hotels listed all the time for Florence but never needed that information until now.  I have relatives that are going to Milan and Florence in May and would like some advice on where to stay.  If anyone has a suggestion or two for either or both cities, I would greatly appreciate it.  They will be needing a triple room.  Thanks.
