[Idyllchat] Question about Rental Car

We're booked for Tuscany North in October.  The Avis form says there's an 
extra charge for an extra driver, but does anyone know if the extra charge 
applies to the spouse of a primary driver?  Also with 8 in our group we'll 
be in two cars, so is there one primary driver and 3 extras per car?  And 
we'll be picking our cars up in Venice, not in any of the places listed on 
the form.  Thanks.
