Hi Karen:

Want to mention some restaurants that we liked in Umbria.  I
think the favorite meal was in Montefalco at Coccorone where
I had the best charcoal grilled ribs and we sat on the
terrace.  Another good one is Il Caminetto, which is easy to
find.  Trevi has a lot of good restaurants.  We liked the
Panorama Restaurant in Castel Ritaldi.  Spello was a town we
visited twice and has lots of small restaurants.
