[Idyllchat] Roman (roamin') phones?

Pat and Jack,
I have found the cheapest way to make calls from Europe back to the USA 
is to use land lines with a phone card purchased at a "tobacco shop".  I 
believe this worked on our Tuscany Untour.  Not as convenient as cell 
phones, but cheap.  I guess I am cheap and old fashioned.
