  I use itasoftware to determine the airline offering the best price and 
flight schedule. I also consider items in the warnings column so that I 
can avoid when possible tight connections, long layovers, terminal or 
airport changes.

  Then I go to the airline's website and book the flight directly with 
the airline. You could also telephone the airline. For a small extra 
charge, you could book the flight you have chosen on Expedia, Orbitz, 
Travelocity, etc.

and lots of choices, but then tell you to contact a travel agent to
