[Idyllchat] Airfare Website

Hello Chatters -

Hope you can help!  Someone recently directed me to the website www.itasoftware.com<http://www.itasoftware.com/> to search for airfares.  They have enticing prices and lots of choices, but then tell you to contact a travel agent to book, and my AAA person can't find a way to do it.  Whoever posted that info, could you let me know how you actually get tickets at the prices shown?
