Medicare will not pay for any out of country  expenses. This is why we carry 
a supplemental insurance plan that  will pay out of country for any medical 
needs that  would be covered in the states by Medicare. Then we would pick up 
the usual 20%  that the supplement would ordinarily pick up  at home after 
Medicare  paid their portion.
