[Idyllchat] what to do with post-checkout luggage?

Oh, another thing we have done is have the hotel hold it if the hotel is
convenient to your travel plans. When we were in Venice both times, we had
the hotel hold the luggage. The first time we were in the Hotel Bellini
which is 1 block from the train station. The second time we were taking a
water taxi from our hotel to the airport. Both hotels had no problem holding
the luggage after we checked out until we picked it up again later that day.
You can also do the reverse. If you get to the hotel before check-in, you
can have the hotel hold your bags until a room is ready. You can go out for
the day, and finish checking in later.
