[Idyllchat] Celiac Disease in Alsace

I would strongly advise a "Menu Master" for that region (and actually Paris as well) but mainly in Alsace.  When we were there 2 years ago we had a very difficult time in most of the small restaurants and at town fairs, etc., knowing what we were ordering.  The menu items cannot be found, generally, in the usual French dictionary.  There are limited numbers of people in that region speaking English.  You almost have to find a German.   

You're going to love Alsace.  We discovered the most amazing places "just roaming" and it was easy driving.  Checked out the German Black Forest as well.
