[Idyllchat] Groceries in Giswil

Howdy,
We have stayed twice in Giswil and prepared most of our meals... We stayed 
at the home of the parents of the butcher, Herr von Moos, who has some 
excellent sausages and other meats in his shop. (If you run into Lisbeth and 
Leo von Moos, please tell them that Anne and Dennis Carpenter say hello and 
hope they are doing well.) If we were staying in Giswil (generally not) for 
the day, we got baked goods from the bakery between the butcher and our 
place. (It also has a small grocery connected to it.) As Vance said, Sarnen 
is a great place for fresh fruits, vegetables, and different bakeries.

Hi,
We are going on an untour in the Swiss heartland in a few weeks - Giswil
to be specific.  We are planning on doing most of our own cooking.  Does
anyone have any advice about what types of food we should expect to find
in Swiss groceries?
