[Idyllchat] Vegetarian Options in Swiss Heartland?

I am booking our first Untour for next summer in the Heartland.  One of my
sons, age 15, is a vegetarian.  He does eat eggs and dairy (ovo-lacto), but
absolutely no meat, poultry, or seafood.  Other than the delightful cheeses,
will there be real options for him when dining out?

I have read much on the list archives - what a wonderful resource this list
is!  But I've yet to see this question...  :)
