[Idyllchat] getting to Dordogne

We have rented the House of the Painter through The Right Vacation Rentals 
spring 2008.  I want to use my United  Miles, and can't figure out how to 
get there.  The town is Domme and is sort of near Sarlat.
If anyone has gone to this area please advise.  I need to end up either at 
an airport or train station where I can pick up a car.
