[Idyllchat] Seeking info on Tuscany South

We took a few extra days and arrived in Venice and then drove the Untours car to Tuscany. Untours did suggest three hotels in Venice, one of which I had stayed in and liked.  We tried the new one, the palace, Hotel Locanda and all of us thought it was a great location, not in the midst of the tourists but close to what they and we were looking for and very near good restaurants.  If you need a single room look now! The hotel is small.

When we had a hotel in Florence the last night, it was a hotel near the airport, Ibis.  I thought the Ibis was very suitable. I would say the meal at the hotel next door was awful. we should have stayed with the coffee house in the Ibis.

    a.. Is there an internet cafe near by? Name?  Where? 
    b.. Did you go to the larger cities of Rome?  How difficult was it? Rome, Venice? 
    c.. Do you have good support from Untours with your questions once there? 
    d..  Did you stay at any hotels suggested by Untours?  Your feedback would be GREATLY appreciated on which are good or bad.
