  Did something anti-American happen in Rousillon?
  Are anti-American feelings more prevalent in Provence
  than in some other parts of France?  I want to Paris
  last spring and didn't have any problems.

One of the highlights of our Untours visit was the
marketplace in Isle sur la Sorgue. Our Untours guide
Patrick send us all out on a mission, teams were
assigned to buy bread, cheese, wine, fruit, pastries,
etc. We assembled a picnic on the stone wall and
munched our way through an unforgettable meal (and
Untours picked up the costs).

The museums are terrific, the scenery is marvelous,
the ambience so reminiscent of the French painters,
the Untours hotels and staffs charming. If you haven't
yet gone I urge you to try it.
