  We used electric converters to recharge my camera batteries ( 3 sets: one in camera, one as a backup in backpack and one charging back at the chalet ) and my electric razor.

  There are ATMs at the airport upon arrival.   In Sachseln, there is an ATM on the way to the train station.

    2. which is the best way to obtain money for our trip?
    ATM in Switzerland or Travelers checks before we go?
