  Ginny:
I will email you a photo album of Sachseln taken during our trip in April, May 2004. It includes a view of the road up to Chalet Berit and Studio Albert. An easier route is to walk down the stairs along side Berit & Albert house and down the road in front of it.

You can also view our photo triplog on the Untour website under "Unpoints", then "view triplogs and slideshows". My photo triplogs are listed on page 3, Swiss Heartland Triplogs 1-14. This should give you an idea of what to expect. My wife uses crutches and a wheelchair.

If anyone has stayed at Studio Albert, please advise me of the level of difficulty in walking to the train station. I live in Florida where it is very flat, although I walk a lot, I was told that the access from the apt. is steep. I am not quite sure what this means. A description would help.
    Thank you, Ginny in Florida
