[Idyllchat] Pepper spray or the like

My wife just reminded me of some of our experiences:
1) The old beggar women outside of the Vatican museum. They look like they
are about to keel over. Then a cop walks by, and you'd be amazed at how fast
they can move.
2) Someone tried to hand a baby to a friend of ours which would set them up
for a pick-pocket. Fortunately, he did not fall for it.
