Maria,
Untours will give you all the information you need either in literature 
prior to your departure or at the orientation meeting, including islands 
accessible on a day trip.  Our favorite restaurant in Nafplio was adjacent 
to our "Elina" apartment.
In picking islands to visit do know that Akrotiri on Santorini is closed.  
Also, the little "tidbit" that noone ever tells you is that Mikonos can be 
very windy-so much so that we almost did not make it to Delos.  And if you 
are leaving by ferry--that can be delayed by days.
