[Idyllchat] Cheese knife

Here is a different kind of tip.  When we were last in Switzerland, we went on a cheese making tour in May to Blumenmstein because the cows had not yet gone up to the mountains. At the end of the tour was a shop where we found this superb cheese knife.  I think it is so good because of the high polish of the metal which resists clinging to the cheese.  If you find one like it, by all means buy it.  Good hunting!
