We particularly enjoyed touring Montalcino after reading Isabella Dusi's 
book "Vanilla Beans and Brado".  We met the owners of the Grappa Blu 
restaurant, that Isabella describes in her book, and had them sign our copy. 
There are many things to do as you will see from our trip log.

we will be taking the Tuscany South trip -- we did Tuscany North in 2004 --  
we will be at Le Chuise -- any hints, tips, suggestions, restaurants, sights 
not to miss and any hidden jewels would be appreciated -- we will be staying 
in Florence for two days at the end --  we toured some of the museums in 
Florence in 2004, but there is so much to be seen -- especially gelato at 
Vivoli -- thanks in advance   :0)
