Did you try http://www.kayak.com ?

It searches all the travel sites for the best airfare including directly on
airline websites. They don't sell the tickets themselves, but click you
through to the website where they found the airfare. I found this a pretty
useful tool planning my flights to Switzerland. My cheapest fare switched
between websites/airline as I changed the return day between Thursday,
Friday, and Saturday.
