There are a half dozen of these machines available. Jura, Sacco, etc.
Two of my kids have them. They are expensive, and you want to get a
Vollautomat (full function). I would love to have one, but with it,
our counter space would disappear. Barbara says she doesn't like it
because the coffee gets cold, so that was the absolute veto on that!
The capsule machines are cheaper and good, but the capsules are like
printer ink cartridges; they would give you the printer in order to
get you to buy them. Those USA prices sound dirt cheap for the capsules.
The foam and grinding for each cup makes the difference. With coffee
about to touch 4 CHF per cup in a restaurant here, home brewed
becomes important. The Swiss still love Starbucks, believe it or not.
