Unless foreign charges were huge, isn't this kind of a ridiculous discussion? Get outside and enjoy the Christmas season! And I don't agree that "Europeans know better how to deal with lawyers."  They have the same love/hate relationship with them as the rest of the world, depending upon which side of the fence you are on.

Unfortunately, it is the lawyers who reap the real benefits for this and other class action suits.As long as we keep filing to get our "small change" they will keep on filing these suits to line their pockets....In the long run, we all pay more, as consumers,  since to pay off the lawyers, the companies have to charge us all more in higher prices. Europeans know better how to deal with lawyers. M.C.I.  ----- Original Message -----   From: Susan G.
