I received the form as well, and although it looked official enough, I'm very leary of anything that asks for my bank info unless I have initiated the contact...and even though you didn't need that info for the quick $25, I tossed it.   Just not worth worrying about.

  Unfortunately, it is the lawyers who reap the real benefits for this and other class action suits.
  As long as we keep filing to get our "small change" they will keep on filing these suits to line their pockets....In the long run, we all pay more, as consumers,  since to pay off the lawyers, the companies have to charge us all more in higher prices.

  Europeans know better how to deal with lawyers.

    I already received a form in the mail with several options for a claim - the easiest being a flat $25.
