Yes, I already received my claim notice and have filed it. There are  
actually three settlement options. The $25 with no further proof. One  
with an estimate of how many days you were outside the US during the  
period. The claim forms states that they will use computer records  
and "other information" to establish how much you will receive.  The  
third is to prove how much you actually charged on the credit cards  
in question.
