[Idyllchat] AmEx Prepaid Travelers Cheque Cards

In the September 2007 ITN (International Travel News) I just received, 
there is an article saying that "American Express is phasing out their 
prepaid Travelers Cheque Cards.  The company will refund any balance 
still on the cards on October 31, 2007, and will refund the $14.95 
initiation fee for cards bought in the last year."

Since these have been mentioned several times this past month in various 
postings in the chatline, I thought you might be interested in this 
information.
