The recommendations you've made are very helpful.  However, I still  have 
several questions. 
1) Where did you buy the cell phone minutes that resulted in getting  the 
phone for free?.
2) Do they have a web site?
3) What was the cost of the prepaid minutes?  I realize that has,  no doubt, 
changed in several  years.
4) If you purchased minutes only, what is the reason for the charge to your  
credit card when you actually make calls?
