[Idyllchat] Archived emails with no content

Hmmm, Brenda...
There are several flavors of email out there that are *very* different from when IdyllChat was first created. The software used apparently doesn't understand some of the fancy dancin' that some of these programs are doing. It becomes a bigger problem, because if someone simply *replies* to an email with the kinds of things the software doesn't understand, that email doesn't archive either.
I will point this out to the Untours folks, and we'll see what we can do. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention!
Julie

Subject: [Idyllchat] Archived emails with no content
Why is it that some of the archived emails have no content? For example, several of the recent posts about South Tuscany are empty when archived. I often depend on the archives when 1) I unsubscribe to Idyllchat to avoid all the activity in my inbox 2) rely on the archives when my personal email isn't working (like now!) and 3) I want to search the archives for reference to a particular topic.
Can something be done to truly archive all of an email's content?
