We went via Air France to Southern Tuscany Untours shortly after the 
airport collapse. No problems whatsoever going. Coming home from 
Florence to Miami we had an unexpected 8 hour wait at CDG. While 
frustrating the people at Air France were very accommodating, even 
giving us a free phone card to call home.

Upon arrival at Miami, we had missed the tri-rail connection for the 
night. The personnel at Air France provided us with a wonderful 
accommodation at Sofitel , meal vouchers, and transportation.

All in all, we had no complaints. Hope our trip to Provence in May is as 
problem free!!
