So, with all this negative chatter about CDG, I wonder if the folks at 
Untours are reading/listening. 

Why not avoid using CDG altogether and remove this tension from travel? The 
only way Air France can continue being so obnoxious is because they fill their 
seats even though their service is unacceptable.

We will not fly Air France. And, Air Italia comes in a close second.
