[Idyllchat] Rental Car in Italy & France

I will be touring Italy and France in June and July with Untours.  I am
interested as to additional insurance I should carry on the rental cars. Are
the basic Insurance provided by Untours and the additional coverage included
with Travel Insured International sufficient? Also is it a good idea to
obtain an International Drivers license to drive over there? Any thoughts
and advice will be appreciated.
