[Idyllchat] Lake Garda, Verona & Venice

Looking for someone familiar with the Veneto region.  Can anyone recommend a town (and albergo) around Lake Garda that would be convenient (by train or bus) to Verona?  There may be as many as four couples, so smaller B&Bs may not work for us.
