[Idyllchat] Fer a Moulin - Paris

Has anyone stayed at the Fer a Moulin in Paris recently? Our family (my wife and I and 2 adult sons) are going in July. We requested 3 separate beds but Untours said the only apartments available are 2 bedroom and one bath. From the pictures it looks as if there is a sofa and a daybed in the living-room. Would appreciate any info as to whether we could make this work and maintain as much privacy as possible.
