Today's newspaper article:  " Britain is relaxing restrictions on carry-on baggage Friday, 9/22, allowing musical instruments and larger bags to be taken aboard aircraft, the government said.  The Department of Transport said Thursday that one carry-on bag would be allowed, with a new larger maximum size of about 22 inches by 18 inches by 10 inches.  There was no change in restrictions on liquids".  It goes on to explain about the musical instruments allowed.
