[Idyllchat] hotels in Florence

We have gone on several untours in the past and recently we stayed in the  
Pendini in Florence before our Untour.  My son is going to Europe the end  of 
Sept. and doing the Eurail pass type of traveling and although he won't  be 
going on an Untour, he needs a well located, reasonable hotel in  Florence.  Does 
anyone have suggestions?  I would really appreciate  any information you can 
give me.  He is a recent college graduate  celebrating his graduation with  
this trip, so needless to say he is  definitely on a budget, but will be 
splitting costs with some friends.
