[Idyllchat] prepaid phone cards in Italy?

We have always used the MCI prepaid cards that you buy in Costco and 
they have worked just fine.  The one trick we learned is to call MCI 
customer support prior to leaving and verify the local access number for 
where you will be.  It is frequently different from what is listed on 
the card packaging.  Otherwise, no problems.
