There's always Long Beach ( I actually LIKE that airport), Johne Wayne as mentioned and Ontario but I can't remember how far that is from Anaheim. If you're renting a car anyway it might be worth it. To avoid LAX almost anything is but I've had a long standing dislike of that airport pretty much from the day it was built so my bias should be considered.
