[Idyllchat] Experience with Tuscany North Properties

Sue is correct.

We arranged our own air transport this past October for our Italy
Umbria Untour because we were spending several days in Italy both
before and after our Untour. Part of the ground only Untour included
bus transportation to the Avis rental place and an escort to our
Untours location. We had to, of course, meet our local Untours person
at the Rome airport where other Untours people were arriving if we
wished that service. The Untours staff said we could if we wished get
ourselves to the car rental place or even to our Untours location.
i.e. very flexible!

BTW, we wanted to use our rental car to drive to the Cinque Terre
area at the end of our Untour and drop the car there. When I spoke to
the Untours staff to ask about this, they were totally co-operative
with this arrangement. They simply wanted to have all this arranged
in advance since the car rental reservation had to be made out
accordingly and there had to be an Avis rental agent at our drop off
location.
