[Idyllchat] HTML gobbledy gook in messages

That is a function of the email client that you use on your computer.
For some reason, yours is not recognizing the mail messages as being
in html format. Have you checked the settings (preferences) for your
email software? How about the on line help, if any, for your email
software?
My email client, Mail on Macintosh OS X, normally displays html
messages just fine. However, periodically one shows up that somehow
has gotten messed up so that my mail program does not recognize it as
html formatting. I have suspected that in those cases, either the
sender's internet provider, or mine, have messed up the format
somehow. I suppose it is possible that you are having the same issue.
