This is typical of papers here in the mid-Atlantic/NYC region. I =
suspect that if Brian wrote them they might give permission to post a =
copy of it on the Untours site. It would be sort of a quid pro quo. And, =
by the way, the Atlanta Journal Consitution does charge as well. From =
their archive site: "Welcome to the Stacks, the AJC's archive of =
staff-written and other selected articles from 1985 to the present. =
Searching is always free, but we do charge a small fee to purchase the =
full text of an article. See our pricing options for more information. "
The Inquirer was just one of a whole bunch of papers the McClatchy =
group just acquired and it's one of the 12 it's selling off. Bad growth =
numbers. The Internet is hitting a lot of papers that way.
