[Idyllchat] gift ideas for landlord

Your time is short, but the local interest book is a good idea.  We live in 
Tennessee and there is a handsome "coffee table" book with magnificent 
pictures from across the state.  It so happens that the photographer who 
took all of the pictures is a close personal friend, so we got him to 
autograph the book for us.  It was well received.
