[Idyllchat] gift ideas for landlord

We are from San Diego as well, and we often bring a nice picture book 
of San Diego as a gift when we travel.  Or maybe one of California.   
We sign it and write a little invitation inside to come visit us some 
time.

Bookstar has several good ones.  Look in their "Local Travel" section.
