The Hofbrauhaus is touristy but still great fun. I've been twice, =
once in March and once in summer, and even though there were lots of =
tourists, it was still great fun. We went to one in our neighborhood =
that the hotel recommended and it was okay, but it was mostly locals =
enjoying a quiet evening and not as much of a "party" as the =
Hofbrauhaus. =20

Hi Travel Lovers!
I will be leading a group to Germany next May with our home base being =
in the Romantic Road area. One of our day trips will of course be to =
Munich, maybe even two.=20
I am looking for a typical German beer hall/restaurant in Munich with =
traditional evening entertainment. I have heard from several sources =
that the Hofbrauhaus, although famous, is too touristy and there are =
much better choices for such an evening.
Any suggestions and maybe web sites?
