I agree completely with that and remember fondly our farewell party the
first Untour we took in Sachseln, hosted by Berit and Albert (and Agnes). A
great time was had by all! I just like getting out of the United States and
the stress. After our last trip, however, (our third) we are reconsidering
flying and might just paddle inner tubes across the Atlantic, with the
paranoia at the airports!!!

Sounds like a good topic.

We obviously like Switzerland because all of our previous 8 Untours have
been to this lovely country and we already have reservations to return to
Sachseln in late July '07.

What do we like about Switzerland? The soaring mountains, the lush green
valleys, the incredible neatness, the gracious and helpful people and so on.
Twice I have been on paraglide flights, the last in 2003 at age 84. Several
of my favorite hikes are the 3 Canton Hike, the Creme de la Creme, the
Lauterbrunnen Valley from Steckelberg back to Laturerbrunen, the Grandmother
Hike, the postal bus trip from Brig to Domdossolo, Italy, over the Simplon
Pass. And then there are our favorite host and hostess, Albert and Berit
Greutert.
