We also stayed in the Dieltiens B&B in June of this year as a two day break
in our Dutch Untour. We really enjoyed it and would return if the opportunity
presented itself. The inn keepers are very much into music. The father is an
accomplished pianist and their daughter, Amaryllis, was auditioning for a
part in an opera while we there.

This place is well located so that walking to the old part of Bruges and a
number of it's museums is a short stroll of 5 minutes or so along the canal a
block away.

The only caveat I can offer is to ask for a room on one of the lower floors.
Our room was on the top floor and the steps up were winding, narrow and
steep. Taking luggage up was not the easiest of tasks and might be a problem for
anyone with heart or respiratory problems.

If you decide to stay here you will probably be given instructions on how to
get there via bus from the station. I would suggest that you take a taxi to
the B&B from the train station to the B&B front door. Cost isn't much and
easier than hauling luggage aboard a bus as you may be instructed to do. Brugge
is a wonderful, wonderful fairy like medieval town and do go.
