Two years ago we flew Czech Airlines from Prague to Amsterdam. I  
don't recall anything notable, good or bad, about them other than  
that they rigidly enforced their weight limit on carry on bags. At  
about 18 lbs. my wife's bag was slightly over their limit and they  
required her to check it. My bag was under their limit by quite a bit  
(the difference wheels and frame can make) but they would not agree  
that the average weight of the two was OK. Other than that minor  
inconvenience, they were fine on that flight.
